we are investing in technology that will enable
us to perform Maching Operations on resultant castings as needed
by our customers. We are also diversifying into CNC Production Machining using our expertise in CNC operations.
Circa 2008
This is our first CNC Machining Centre.
It has a working envelope of 30" X 16" and with an
Automatic Toolchanger of 21 Tools we are able
to perform any operation that is required.
In this Picture you can see our 4th Axis, which at present can be used to
perform very accurate Indexing of Parts, ie: Flats around a part,
or Holes, Drilled and Tapped ( we use our synchronous rigid tapping cycles ) at any increment around a part.
