Provides Pattern, Model, and Mould making services
to many areas of industry. We typically make
patterns for all types of castings that are to be
produced in a sand casting environment.
We also provide Computer Aided Drafting,
Model Making and Machining in house.
This is a PATTERN for a Gearcase that was produced using
our in house C.N.C. machines and was designed using the
latest CADCAM software.
The resultant casting will be used in the OILFIELD
for pumping crude oil from the ground.
The board that this PATTERN is mounted on measures approximately
9 Feet by 6 Feet. It is one of the largest PATTERNS undertaken by our
company in it's 17 Years of operation.
